Menu: 

- Caesar or Vinaigrette salad

- Penne in red sauce and penne in white sauce

 

Choice of:

- Blackened salmon fillet serve with rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables

- Grilled boneless chicken breast brushed with zesty cracked pepper glaze and finished with roasted red pepper and mushroom cream. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

- Pan-seared pork tenderloin topped with a mushroom demi-glace and serve with borlotti beans and smoked bacon.

- Vegetarian: Stuffed Eggplant, lightly breaded, sliced & stuffed with Romano cheese and baked in our own House Marinara sauce served with your choice of red or white sauce penne.
